Are Natio products tested on animals?
No, Natio is proudly cruelty-free. We do not conduct animal testing on any of our products or ingredients, nor do we commission third parties to do so on our behalf.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor its progress.
What is your return policy for skincare products?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unopened and unused products in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or used.

How can I check the shelf life of my product?
Most of our products feature a Period After Opening (PAO) symbol on the packaging, which looks like an open jar with a number followed by 'M' (e.g., 12M), indicating how many months the product remains effective after opening.
